In this picture, as you see are markers. These are alcohol inks. I like to use these in some of my projects because if water ever for some reason spilled on the picture it would not muddle the picture. You can also use colored permanent markers. I have a heated tool with a pointy top at the tip of it. This will be used as well. I will explain in the next picture for you will be able to not only read it you will get a better idea and see why this was used. Scissors will be lastly used. In the picture above I explain.
