Five little ghosts were swaying above the gate;
The first one said, I think it's almost eight;
''Child points their finger on the opposite wrist, like they were looking at their watch."
The second one said, I am going out to howl;
''Children cup their hands on each side of their mouth and howl."
W-H-O-O-O-O
The third one said, I am going out to prowl;
"With their pointer fingers and thumbs touching, they then, place them around their eyes."
"It should look like they are placing the shape of their hands that they made into eyes, over each real eye."
"To give the effect of a mask over their eyes."
"The fourth one said, the moon is far too bright."
"Children place the back of one hand over both their eyes. The other outstretched up at the sky."
The fifth one said, let's fly it's Halloween Night!
"Children form a circle, arms outstretched. Then, they can walk and sway arms like they are flying in a circle together."
I figured I would start you out with a Halloween poem, that can also be made into a skit. In case anyone might be looking for something that might be new for them.
Thanks for stopping by.
